I help driven women in construction overcome uncertainty, self-doubt and overwhelm so they can feel confident, capable, and proud of the impact they’re making, which creates more resilient, high-performing teams.
You’re ambitious, deeply committed to your work, and proud to be part of the industry, but you’re also exhausted. You’re often managing a lot at once, navigating challenging dynamics, and working hard just to survive. And while you’re capable, there are moments where it feels like you have to work twice as hard just to be seen and understood.
You don’t want to change who you are to “fit in.” You want to feel confident in your strengths, calm and steady in who you are, and genuinely proud of how you show up. You want to feel excited to walk into work — not bracing yourself for it.
This program gives you the education, practical tools, communication frameworks, and supportive community to show up in a way that feels aligned with who you are, with more clarity, presence, and confidence in every space you walk into.
Are you a woman in construction?
About
Award-winning entrepreneur. Mindset-trained mentor. Values-led facilitator. Deep thinker. Trusted board advisor and long-time advocate for women in construction. Scaled and sold a construction-based business for multi–six figures. Brave enough to follow her heart into the work that matters most.
Hi, I’m Jess!
I’ve spent 10+ years working in the construction industry, supporting trades and construction professionals, building relationships, and helping people grow their confidence and businesses. I know the pace, the pressure, the pride, the long days and the habits and norms that shape how people operate.
And throughout those years, even while I was successful, respected, and deeply committed to my work, I often felt like I had to hustle like a man to be taken seriously. I pushed hard. I matched the energy of the environment. I worked twice as much, twice as fast, and held myself to a standard no one was asking me to meet.
Over time, that stopped feeling like strength and started feeling like abandoning myself.
So I did the work. The kind rooted in self-awareness, inner stability and regulation, personal leadership, and coming back to yourself. I’m deeply committed to personal growth and spiritual practice because they’ve shaped how I live and lead. They’re how I learned to build a career that supports me instead of draining me.
And that’s really why Women’s Blueprint exists.
Because women in construction don’t need to harden themselves, hold themselves back, make themselves smaller, or prove themselves in order to contribute at a high level. We don’t need to lead like men to be respected.
We just need the education, the tools, the community, and the confidence to lead in a way that’s true to us.
That’s the work I’m here for.
And I’m really glad you’re here too.
Introducing women’s blueprint
Feel grounded. Contribute with confidence and authenticity. Get excited for your future again.
PROGRAM FRAMEWORK
Steadier decision-making & reduced stress responses
Participants learn how to regulate stress, maintain composure, and work from a grounded baseline. Employees who feel calm, clear, and centred can contribute at their full capability, even in fast-paced, high-demand environments.
Clear, effective communication
Participants develop the tools to communicate confidently and professionally, and uphold boundaries that support healthy working relationships. When communication is clear and confident, productivity increases and team dynamics strengthen.
Building future leaders & strengthening culture
Participants identify their leadership strengths, values, and long-term direction, while learning how to uplift others and contribute to a positive culture. Confidence and leadership capacity grow organically within the organisation, increasing retention and reducing turnover.
DELIVERY
We begin in person with a full-day workshop on International Women’s Day (2026), surrounded by women who get what it’s like to work in the construction industry. This day is where things begin to shift. You’ll reconnect with yourself, learn the tools, feel grounded, seen, and supported, and leave knowing exactly what your next steps look like.
Then, across the following weeks, we stay together. You’ll join four 60 minute live group calls where we slow down, reflect, and continue building on what you learned.
This is where you practice new tools, map your next steps, navigate real conversations at work, and receive support in real time.
Testimonials
I walked out of Jess’s workshop feeling proud to be a woman in construction. It was real, relatable, and reassuring. I left with practical tools I could use straight away, and a group of women who genuinely got me. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to connect with likeminded women in the industry going through the same things, or learn more about the way they think and communicate.
Jess hosts her trainings with passion, authenticity, and genuine care for seeing women succeed. Her commitment to creating meaningful connections and empowering women in business is evident in everything she does. The event was thoughtfully curated, the atmosphere was welcoming and inspiring, and the conversations were both real and impactful.
Choosing where you invest your time and energy is tough, especially when your plate is already full. If you’ve been carrying a lot on your own for a long time and it’s felt like survival, I get it… I’ve been there.
This program is an opportunity to make everything else feel lighter. All you have to do is say yes to yourself and your future.
The workshop and live calls are a small time commitment, but the impact it has on your confidence, your relationships and the way you move through your day with enthusiasm is what changes everything.
This is the space that gives you room to breathe again.
And if you’re not sure yet, that’s okay — you can reach out and ask anything.
I’m here, and I’m looking forward to meeting you.
High-performing teams are built on communication, confidence, and psychological safety, and this program strengthens all three.
When women feel equipped, supported, and confident in their roles, they contribute at their full potential. They become more resilient collaborate more effectively, communicate with clarity, lead with steadiness, and show up with a level of presence that strengthens the entire team. That’s where performance lifts, not just for the individual, but across the entire project environment.
This program helps your organisation retain high-quality female talent, reduce burnout and stress responses on site and in the office, and strengthen communication across teams.
For organisations ready to lead the future of construction, rather than follow it, this is your advantage.
EMPLOYERS AND LEADERS IN CONSTRUCTION
Hats off to you. One of my staff was a little nervous about joining as she had never done anything like this before, but she walked away feeling welcomed, confident and proud of herself. That’s a testament to your facilitation... You have obviously created an environment where the attendees feel safe and engaged. Since then, her confidence at work has noticeably grown as well. Well done.
FAQs
You don’t need to feel confident before you begin... That’s exactly what we build together. Many women come into spaces like this feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or like they’ve been carrying a lot on their own. You don’t need to arrive “ready.” You just need to be open to exploring what’s possible for you.
The structure is intentionally light and supportive. The workshop is one day, and the live calls are 60 minutes each, spread across four weeks. The purpose of this program is to help everything else in your work and life feel lighter, not add more pressure. This can become the hour of your week where you can reprioritise and reconnect with yourself.
Everything is your choice. I pride myself on creating an environment is that is grounded, respectful, and steady. Not judgemental. You are welcome to participate at the level that feels right for you. There’s no expectation to have everything figured out or to speak before you’re ready. Often I find when women feel safe and supported they can’t wait to share.
The tools, communication frameworks, and confidence practices in this program were intentionally designed with women in male-dominated, high-pressure environments in mind. The focus is on helping you feel solid in yourself, rather than adapting to the environment around you.
Each intake is capped to create a supportive, trusted, intimate environment where everyone is seen and heard. This isn’t a large-group training, it’s a space designed for genuine reflection, conversation, and growth.
Yes, and many women do.
Most employers are supportive because this program not only helps the women who participate in the program, but it can have a ripple effect on the whole business. You can start the conversation by sending your employer the Employer Information Pack or ask them to get in touch. There are also corporate packages available.
Yes. Most organisations allocate this program under leadership development, professional development, culture, wellbeing, or employee support and psychological safety.
The program is structured to strengthen communication clarity, situational confidence, emotional regulation, collaboration, leadership presence, resilience and a sense of personal capability. These foundations contribute to stronger team dynamics and a healthier work environment.
Key organisational benefits include:
You can enrol one team member or multiple. If enrolling more than one, we can place them in the same cohort (where appropriate) to support shared language and cultural change within your workplace. You can also opt to arrange delivery in house for teams with 5 or more women. See below for more.
Yes. For organisations wanting tailored support, we can discuss an internal workshop or customised delivery where there are 5+ women. After downloading the Employer Pack, you’ll have the option to request a conversation to explore what this could look like.
Intakes are limited and places are allocated on a first-come, first-confirmed basis. Joining the waitlist ensures you receive priority access when registration opens. The next cohort begins on the week of International Womens’ Day 2026 (5th March 2026).

Take The Quiz
So many women in construction have the capability and drive, yet still doubt themselves. This quiz will help you uncover where you are holding yourself back in the workplace and help you feel grounded, energised, and back in your element at work.
You are capable, committed, and often the one people rely on, but your inner voice keeps you small. You hold back in meetings or on site, even when you know your perspective could make a real difference.
High-pressure environments like construction can switch your brain into survival mode. When stress runs high, your focus shifts to what might go wrong instead of what’s possible. That constant scanning for risk slowly chips away at self-trust.
Detail-focused. Reliable. Steady under pressure. You’re known for the quality of your work and the care you bring to each project.
Second-guessing yourself. Staying quiet when it counts. Waiting to feel “ready” before speaking up or stepping forward.
• Calm: Before important conversations or site meetings, take a moment to steady your breath and your thoughts.
• Clarity: Catch one unhelpful belief this week — shift “I’m not ready” to “I’m learning in public.”
• Choice: Start each day by choosing one moment where you’ll speak up or take ownership.
You’re the one people count on. You get things done, find solutions fast, and rarely drop the ball, but it often comes at the cost of your calm. The to-do list never ends, and no matter how much you achieve, there’s always more waiting.
In construction, being reliable can quickly turn into being overloaded. Your high standards and drive to deliver keep everyone else moving, but they also keep you in constant overdrive. You hold it all together so well that no one realises how much it takes.
Accountable. Resilient. Dependable under pressure. You are person who always finds a way and steadies the whole team.
Taking on too much. Fixing problems that aren’t yours to own. Confusing output with worth and burning through your energy in the process.
• Priority: Choose three non-negotiables each day before the day takes over.
• Boundary: Share your capacity so it sets the tone for others to do the same.
• Rhythm: Build small breaks between meetings, calls, or site visits so you can lead with focus instead of fatigue.
You’re the glue that holds everything together. You care about harmony, teamwork, and getting things done, but you often carry the extra load to keep the peace. You smooth over tension on site or in meetings, but your own needs can slip to the bottom of the list.
Construction relies on collaboration, yet it’s easy to take on more than your share when expectations are unclear. Avoiding friction can feel like the safest move in the moment, but over time it keeps you invisible and drained.
Empathetic. Loyal. Trusted by your team. You’re the steady presence that keeps people connected and projects moving.
Saying yes too often. Protecting everyone else’s comfort at the cost of your own. Swallowing frustration instead of speaking up.
• Respect: Start from mutual respect, including respect for your own limits.
• Request: Ask for what you need or delegate clearly and calmly.
• Repeat: Revisit agreements without apology to keep communication honest and healthy.
You’ve built your reputation through hard work, calm confidence, and results that speak for themselves. You’re grounded and respected, and now it’s time to step into greater visibility and authority.
You’ve mastered the foundations: solid relationships, strong delivery, and steady leadership under pressure. The next step is amplifying your voice and shaping how you’re seen across projects, teams, and the wider industry… Not by working harder, but by being more intentional about your influence.
Composed. Credible. Collaborative. You’re trusted to deliver and known for creating and/or supporting steady, effective teams.
Staying comfortable. Holding back from self-advocacy. Downplaying your achievements when it’s time to be visible.
• Scope: Take on one project that stretches your influence or visibility.
• Sponsor: Identify a senior ally or mentor who can open doors and advocate for you.
• Signal: Share your wins as outcomes that create value for your business and your team.
